ASPEN — An unnamed buyer purchased the Wildcat Ranch property in Pitkin County for $17,750,000, according to a news release issued Monday.
The seller was American music executive Tommy Mottola, who was represented by Aspen realty firm Joshua Co. and Natasha Saypol of the law firm Garfield Hecht P.C. Kathy DeWolfe of Chaffin Light Real Estate in Snowmass Village represented the buyer.
The approximately 11,000-square-foot, custom-log residence and two guest houses are located on 324 acres within the private, gated Wildcat Ranch subdivision. The property is located between Aspen and Snowmass Village with unobstructed views of the Elk Mountain range, according to press materials.
Motalla bought the property for $14.7 million in 2003. In July, it was listed on the market for $27.5 million.
