According to documents filed by Roc Nation, Willow’s record label headed by Jay-Z, and obtained by Tmz.com, the singer is listed as an ’employee’ of her father for Spooky Girl, Inc.

Roc Nation has made an agreement with Spooky Girl for the ‘exclusive recording and entertainment services of Willow Smith’.

Spooky Girl is Willow’s company, but her dad Will is listed as the president of the company and she is listed as its employee.

Jada is listed in the contract as Willow’s guardian because Will can’t represent her as both parent and boss.

It is said that contracts involving minors must be filed with the court. However, Will and Jada argued in legal docs that the Roc Nation contract contains ‘highly sensitive and confidential proprietary business and financial information’, so the actual money involved is not listed.
