After not practicing for a third straight day this week, the Buffalo Bills have officially listed starting quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick as questionable for Sunday’s season finale at the New York Jets.

Per WGR 550, head coach Chan Gailey is still holding out hope that Fitzpatrick can finish out the season on the playing field.

“We’re going to list him as questionable going in to the game,” Gailey told reporters Friday. “If he can get ready, we’ll have him out there.”

Should Fitzpatrick not be available, the team will turn to Brian Brohm and his one career start at quarterback.

Buffalo will only have three healthy receivers available on game day, as well, as the Bills officially ruled rookie receivers David Nelson and Donald Jones out of Sunday’s contest. Stevie Johnson, Naaman Roosevelt and Paul Hubbard are the only healthy receivers on the active roster – unless the team makes another roster move prior to Sunday’s kickoff.

Geoff Hangartner, who has missed Buffalo’s last three games with a knee injury, is not listed on the injury report, and will be available on Sunday – though in what capacity, we’re not yet sure. Kyle Williams, Torell Troup, Terrence McGee, Chris Kelsay, Demetrius Bell, Jon Corto and Mike Balogun are all listed as probable.
