NYSE listed WNS may be on the block once again. Global private equity giant Warburg Pincus that owns a controlling stake in WNS may be set to sell its stake in the company, reports CNBC-TV18’s Kritika Saxena.
Sources indicate that Warburg is in exploratory talks with two to three PE players.Warburg is looking at a valuation of USD 250- 300 million for its 48.6% stake.

However, WNS has refused to comment stating that they are not aware of any such information. It said that focused on exciting growth prospects and are supported by shareholders to drive growth.
Meanwhile, WNS had racked in USD 582.5 million while employees were 21,958 in FY10.
