On 27 January 2016, Y.CO announced that it has listed 40m Royal Huisman build Antares for sale. She is a joint listing with Burgess and is on the market for €12.5 million.
Antares is a cutter rigged ketch sailing yacht that was delivered by the Dutch yard in 2005. She is truly a build of the highest pedigree and epitomises high performance and comfortable living. Her suitably styled 1930s Art Deco interior is the work of internationally reputed designers Rhoades Young. She features the very best materials – French Walnut Hardwood that has been fitted beautifully throughout the yacht – and the intricate detailing that can only be affiliated with a yard of this build capability.
“Royal Huisman are undoubtedly the leading sailing yacht shipyard, Antares being one of their finest examples. She recently returned to the yard in Holland for a full refit, including a repaint. It is a great opportunity to own a yacht of finest Dutch pedigree. She is a four-cabin yacht perfect for world cruising”, commented Y.CO sales broker Will Christie.
She is able to accommodate nine guests over four cabins, comprising a double master cabin aft, a double VIP cabin port, a twin cabin starboard (including a Pullman berth) and a converting double cabin forward in the yacht’s office/study.
She has just completed a full refit, repaint, and 10-year classification survey at Royal Huisman and is subsequently in pristine condition for new ownership. She has only been operated under private use.

On 25 January, another one of Y.CO’s listings, 32.7m Wally B, became a joint central agency with Yachtmasters. The 32.7m sloop sailing yacht was delivered for Wally Yachts by Pendennis in 1998 and is on the market for €4 million.
Wally B features the interior and exterior design of Lazzarini Pickering Architects. Her high-spec technology, composite hull and uncluttered exterior spaces give her speed, comfort and an undeniable elegance on the water.
In the winter of 2011/2012, Wally B underwent a comprehensive refit, including a complete repaint, new teak decks, two new generators, a new air conditioning compressor unit, a new hot water cylinder, and a refinish of the interior floorboards.
