Here is a list of events that have been cancelled this weekend.

– Carlisle: Makeup to be administered on Feb. 20
– Fort Washington: Makeup to be administered on Feb. 20

– Pottstown: Makeup to be administered on Feb. 20

EVENT CANCELLATIONS:

-76ers game for Saturday at Wells Fargo Center postponed until Sunday at 7 p.m.

-Academy of Music 159th Anniversary Concert and Ball scheduled for Saturday, January 23, is cancelled.

-Adventure Aquarium will be closed for business on Saturday, January 23. The Aquarium is scheduled to reopen for normal business hours, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on Sunday, January 24.

-ArtsQuest is cancelling or postponing its programming at SteelStacks and the Banana Factory this Saturday including the Improv Comedy Festival. The Comedy Festival, originally set for Jan. 21-22 at the ArtsQuest Center, 101 Founders Way, has been moved to Feb. 26-27 with the exception of Thursday night’s Christian Capozzoli workshop, which will go on as scheduled. As a result of the date change, The Improvised Shakespeare Company will no longer be able to attend the festival so refunds will be provided to anyone who purchased tickets to the group’s workshops.

-Atlantic County government has announced the following closings:

-All 10 branches of the Atlantic County Library System will be closed on Saturday, January 23. Library branches are normally closed on Sundays and are expected to reopen as normal on Monday, January 25.

-An Evening With Macklemore and Ryan Lewis at Tower Theater postponed with new date TBD. Tickets will be honored for the new date.

-Atlantic County Animal Shelter located at 240 Old Turnpike in Pleasantville will also be closed to the public on Saturday, January 23. The free rabies vaccination clinic scheduled for Sunday, January 24, 9-11 AM, will be provided if weather conditions permit.

-Barnes Foundation will be closed to the public tomorrow, Saturday, January 23.

-BATTLE SHIP NEW JERSEY will be closed for the scheduled overnight encampment, group tours and event this Saturday and Sunday due to the forecasted winter storm.

-Bethany Grace Community Church Fellowship Hall will not hold its Saturday morning shower ministry or Sunday afternoon community lunch. The church will be used all day Saturday for those in need of shelter and/or heat.

-Betsy Ross House, 239 Arch Street, will be closed Saturday, Jan 23.

-Beginning Italian Genealogy workshop at Delaware Public Archives on Saturday, Jan. 23, has been cancelled. The program will be rescheduled for a date later this year.

-Camden County Library System will be closed on Saturday, January 23, and Sunday, January 24. In addition, Camden County College, the Cooper River Boathouse and the Cooper River Ice Rink will also be closed for the duration of the storm event.

-Cheltenham Township libraries – East Cheltenham, Elkins Park, Glenside, and La Mott – will be closed on Saturday, January 23.

-Cheltenham Township Public Works Facility and Waverly Road Compost Facility will be closed for drop-offs on Saturday, Jan, 23.

-Christiana Mall will be closing Friday, January 22 at 6pm. No decisions regarding opening tomorrow Saturday, January 23, have been determined at this time.

-Concord Liberty Presbyterian Church 8:30am and 10:00am services are cancelled for Sunday, January 24.

-Delaware Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs sites will be on Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 23 and 24, 2016 due to winter storm.

-Grace Lutheran Church in Royersford, PA is cancelling all worship services Sunday school for Sunday, 1/24/16.

-Eastern State Penitentiary will be closed on Saturday, January 23 due to inclement weather.

-First State Heritage Park Welcome Center and Galleries will be closed on Saturday, January 23, and Sunday, January 24. Weather permitting; the Welcome Center will reopen on Monday, January 25, at 8:00 a.m.

-First Judicial District of Pennsylvania has cancelled Supervised Visitation at Philadelphia Family Court located at 1501 Arch Street, for Sunday, Jan. 24.

-Jennifer Nettles concert at Tower Theater postponed and the new date is TBD. Tickets will be honored for the new show, or refunds are available at the point of purchase

-La Mott and Rowland Community Centers will be closed for all activities on Saturday, January 23, and Sunday, January 24.

-Longwood Gardens will be closed Saturday, January 23, and will reopen at noon on Sunday, January 24.

-Mary Mother of the Church in Bellmawr, NJ, has cancelled their 4:00 PM Mass and Pasta Dinner Saturday January 23.

-Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts Humanities (MAC) in Cape May, has cancelled all tours on Saturday, Jan.23.

-Montgomery County parks, trails and historic sites will be closed on Saturday, Jan, 23. It is expected they will reopen on Sunday.

-Municipal Court’s Diversion Program Class for Saturday, Jan. 23, in the Stout Center for Criminal Justice, 1301 Filbert Street, has been cancelled.

-Museum of Cape May County’s opening of its exhibit “Taboo: Exposing Hidden History” is canceled for this evening, Fri., Jan. 22. It is rescheduled for Fri., Feb. 5 at 7 p.m.

-National Constitution Center will be closed Saturday, January 23. A determination regarding Sunday, January 24, will be made later this weekend.

-NBA – The game between the Boston Celtics and the Philadelphia 76ers has been postponed and will be made up on Sunday, Jan. 24 at 7 p.m.

-Open Houses for Chesterbrook Academy and Montessori Corner locations in Greater Philadelphia Canceled.

-Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that Driver License and Photo Centers in 19 counties will be closed Saturday, January 23, including centers in Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties.

-Philadelphia Museum of Art will be closed Saturday, Jan. 23. The Rodin Museum will also be closed.

-Philadelphia Prison System Advisory: Any person expected to report to the Philadelphia Prison System on Friday, Jan. 22, to serve a stipulated weekend sentence should NOT report to the jail. The sentence will resume next weekend. Those anticipated will be contacted by the Prison for additional information.

-Philadelphia Zoo will be closed to the public this Saturday, Jan. 23. Additionally, all overnight and Zoo on Wheels programs scheduled for this weekend are canceled.

-PPA’S Unclaimed Vehicle Auction, held every Saturday at the PPA’s Delaware and Allegheny Avenue’s auction facility, has been canceled for Saturday, Jan. 23.

-Reading Terminal Market will be fully closed on Saturday, Jan. 23

-Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey has rescheduled the 2016 American Girl Fashion Show model auditions. The auditions were set to take place on Saturday, Jan. 23, but will be moved to Tuesday, Jan. 26, at 7pm.

-Strand Theatre on Girard Avenue has postponed the “Brew View” film series feat. Pink Floyd- The Wall Dark Side of the Rainbow from Friday, January 22, to Saturday, March 20. The film series will debut on Saturday, February 6th with Tommy Wiseau’s film, The Room.

-Villanova men’s basketball game vs. Providence at the Wells Fargo Center originally set for Saturday, Jan. 23 at noon has been rescheduled to Sunday, Jan 24, at 1pm.
