After seven months in business, breakfast joint OY Vinings has been listed for sale at $99,500.
Adam Jaffe, the divorce lawyer turned restauranteur, is already looking to sell OY Vinings, his restaurant of seven months.
Jaffe recently listed the restaurant with The Shumacher Group, an Atlanta-based real estate company specializing in the sale of existing restaurants and businesses.
“OY Vinings has been successful since the first weekend we opened, and our restaurant has provided us with many options that we are currently exploring,” Jaffe told What Now Atlanta (WNA) Monday.
Since opening July, 2015, OY Vinings has grossed $254,345.42 in sales, according to the Shumacher listing. A sale would include “concept, brand and all proprietary recipes…”
Although the restaurant has been listed for sale, Jaffe is also interested in franchising the concept, he said.
OY, which stands for “Overindulgent Yumminess,” is situated in a shopping plaza anchored by Marlow’s Tavern at 2355 Cumberland Parkway in Vinings.
The restaurant serves up dishes like Triple Chocolate Chunk Pancakes and the Philly Cheesesteak Omelette under the direction of chef Chris Johnson, a Le Cordon Bleu Atlanta grad.
