If you are looking for a business event to attend
in 2016, you will certainly have plenty of choice, from awards events to
festivals to conferences. We’ve listed some of the best up and coming business
events for next year.
International
Festival for Business 2016
With business owners, entrepreneurs and investors
from over ninety countries expected to attend, the International Festival for
Business 2016 is set to be one of the biggest business events in the UK.
Running from 13 June to 1 July 2016, the Festival will be held at the
Exhibition Centre in Liverpool. Plans are in the works for a series of events,
panel debates and workshops with industry leaders, deal makers and distributors
– the people who are re-investing the future of business. A number of prominent
speakers are expected to attend, including American economist and 2006 Nobel
Memorial Prize winner Edmund Strother Phelps and the former president of South
Africa, Frederik Willem de Klerk.
The
Business Show 2016
Held on the 11th and 12th of
May at Excel, London, The Business Show 2016 is the world’s largest business
exhibition. The fastest growing business show in Europe, the two day event

expanding and improving their business. With ‘Angel’s Den’ giving you the
chance to pitch your ideas to a team of Angel investors and a number of fantastic
masterclasses with industry leaders, this event is a must-go for any budding
entrepreneur or small business owner looking to grow and develop their company.
It’s free to attend, and welcomes businesses from a cross-section of different
industries.
The
Birmingham Business Exhibition
If you can’t make it to London for The Business
Show, The Birmingham Business Exhibition 2016 is an ideal alternative. Also
free to attend, the event is built for the sole purpose of creating business
opportunities for both the exhibitors and the visitors. There are expected to
be a number of free business seminars ran by market leaders, and massive speed
networking events where you will be able to build your professional business
network and gain some invaluable advice. Held on the 17th Feb 2016,
it’s located in the City Centre of Birmingham. Check out IHG if you need a place to stay whilst
you’re there.
Business
