Kerry Washington and her husband Nnamdi Asomugha listed their Hollywood Hills home for sale at almost one million dollars more than they paid for it last year and found a buyer almost immediately.

The stunning 1920’s French country chateau-inspired property, which the actress and retired NFL player purchased for $1.865 million in May 2014, was listed for $2.695 million.

Curbed LA reports they’ve already found a buyer for the four-bedroom, four-bathroom estate with scenic views.

Washington, 38, who stars as Olivia Pope on ABC’s hit series Scandal, and Asomugha, 34, bought the house from MADtv and King Of Queens star Nicole Sullivan.

They completed the purchase shortly after their daughter Isabelle was born in April 2014.

The couple, who wed in June 2013, still own a home in Manhattan beach, south of LA, that the former pro athlete purchased in 2010.

There are also paved courtyards and lawn areas.
