Anthony Davis was listed as probable for Saturday night’s game against the Utah Jazz on the latest New Orleans Pelicans’ injury list.
Davis suffered a bruised right knee in Friday night’s game against the Los Angeles Clippers after point guard Chris Paul collided into him. Paul’s knee bumped into Davis’, which caused the injury late in the third quarter.
Davis did not return to play after he was taken to the locker room to be treated.
On Saturday afternoon, the Pelicans also listed Davis in their projected starting lineup with center Omer Asik, small forward Alonzo Gee, shooting guard Eric Gordon and point guard Jrue Holiday.
If Holiday plays, it will be the first time he will have played in back-to-back games. The Pelicans also listed injured guard Tyreke Evans (knee) as doubtful.
