Homes for sale in Wales: These are the most expensive houses sold in August

According to data from the Land Registry there were 25,088 home sales in August in the UK.

The most expensive sale was in Cannon Place, London – a 6 bedroom, 5 recpetion room mansion with staff cottage and an indoor pool, which sold for an eye-watering £24 million!

In Wales, the most expensive homes sold range from £1 million to £560,000.
