Kevin Paul Kinnersley, 57, of Norton Avenue, Stockton, fined £220 with £107 costs for speeding.

Angela McKenna, 40, of Forfar Road, Hartlepool, fined £660 with £151 costs for speeding and failing to give driver information.

Ian Muir, 44, of Mason Walk, Hartlepool, fined £120 with £255 costs for speeding.

Andrew Christopher Pennick, 48, of Rosslare Road, Stockton, fined £660 with £301 costs for using a vehicle without insurance.

Joanne Sharp, 40, of Airdrie Grove, Hartlepool, fined £220 with £107 costs for speeding.

Stanislaw Biecek, 59, of Meadowdale Close, Middlesbrough, banned from driving for six months and fined £660 with £301 costs for using a vehicle without insurance.

Shaun Delaney, 58, of Somerset Road, Guisborough, fined £440 with £129 costs for speeding.

Neculai Florea, 49, of Garnet Street, Middlesbrough, banned from driving for six months and fined £660 with £301 for using a vehicle without insurance and driving without an appropriate licence.

Jonathan Gott, 24, of Stokesley Crescent, Billingham, fined £660 with £301 costs for driving without an appropriate licence and using a vehicle without insurance.

Julie Anne Hewitson, 48, of Oval Grange, Hartlepool, fined £660 with £151 costs for failing to give driver information.

Paul Richard Mullen, 37, of Langdale Crescent, Middlesbrough, fined £440 with £129 costs for speeding.

Timothy Robson, 54, of Frederic Street, Hartlepool, fined £660 with £151 costs for failing to give driver information.

John George Smitheringale, 35, of Dovecot Street, Stockton, fined £440 with £129 costs for speeding.

Linder Wilkinson, 33, of Stonebridge Crescent, Ingleby Barwick, fined £660 with £301 costs for using a vehicle without insurance.

Stephen James Whittingham, 37, of Leicester Road, Stockton, banned from driving for six months and fined £660 with £296 costs for driving without an appropriate licence and using a vehicle without insurance.

Niall McReady, 24, of Alford Road, Brotton, Saltburn, given a 12-month community order with 50 hours’ unpaid work and ordered to pay £300 compensation and £190 costs for criminal damage and assault on police officers.

Phillip Bland, 21, of Laybourne Terrace, Stockton, given a 28-day community order with a curfew requirement and ordered to pay £25 compensation and £190 costs for criminal damage.

Matthew Edmund Paul Styles, 37, of Laybourne Terrace, Stockton, given a 28-day community order with a curfew requirement and ordered to pay £25 compensation and £190 costs for criminal damage.

Duncan White, 19, of West Scar, Redcar, banned from driving for 12 months, fined £220 and ordered to pay £300 compensation and £172 costs for driving without due care and attention, driving without an appropriate licence and using a vehicle without insurance.

Michael Atkinson, 41, of Inglefield, Hartlepool, fined £140 with £20 costs for speeding.

Simon Beddard, 40, of Station Road, Stockton, fined £130 with £20 costs for speeding.

Harun Hussain, 20, of Normanby Road, Middlesbrough, fined £190 with £170 costs for using a vehicle without insurance.

Andrea Keenan, 46, of Birkdale Road, New Marske, Redcar, fined £230 with £23 costs for speeding.

David Douglas, 43, of Varo Terrace, Stockton, given a 12-month community order with a treatment requirement and rehabilitation requirement and ordered to pay £240 costs for burglary and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.
