• The PA Department of Health is offering vaccines/immunizations by appointment only from 9:45 to 11:30 a.m. Sept. 16 at the Blairsville Community Center, 101 W. North Ave., Blairsville, and from 9 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. Sept. 24 at the Indiana County State Health Center, 75 N. Second St., Indiana.
