Prima hotel portfolio for sale for £18m

Prima’s portfolio of four regional country house hotels is for sale at a guide price in excess of £18m with Savills.

The hotels are available to purchase as a group or as individual assets.

The properties include the Grade II listed 17th century Hellaby Hotel near Rotherham, Yorkshire, which is the largest of the portfolio with 89-bedrooms and events space for up to 500-guests.

Two of the hotels in the portfolio are located in Cheshire. Wilmslow’s four-star 55-bedroom Stanneylands Hotel has conference and events space and the Nunsmere Hall Hotel near Chester has 36-bedrooms, a restaurant, bar and conference and events facilities.

Completing the portfolio is the Grade II listed Quorn Country Hotel in Quorn, Leicestershire. It is the only four-star venue in the area and sits in four-acres of land with gardens that bank onto the River Soar and conference facilities for up to 300-guests.

Martin Rogers, director of regional hotel transactions at Savills, said: “This portfolio of regional country house hotels provides a diverse mix of bedroom, dining, conferencing, health and leisure facilities.  Each is well-established within its market and has a strong trading record, making them an excellent investment as either a portfolio or individual assets.”
