This Sydney terrace has three bedrooms, historic charm, amazing city views…. and one hipster ghost.

Photos of the property at Woolloomooloo in Sydney’s inner-east have been posted online as the terrace goes up for sale for more than $1.2 million.

The real estate advertisement features several photos of the ageing home, including one somewhat spooky picture of a so-called ‘ghost’ with a hipster beard.

The bearded man can be seen in a mirror on top of a vintage desk as he stares directly ahead. The eerie photo showcases the room’s old plasterwork and raw walls and ceiling.

But is the mysterious bearded ghost just the man taking the picture?

Other photos from the two-storey terrace’s advertisement show a ghost-like woman walking past a mirror in a hallway and another gliding down the stairs.

The property at 187 Brougham Street, which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, is listed for sale with BresicWhitney at Darlinghurst.

It has original timber floors and high ceilings, as well as stained glass doors and period details.
