DENVER–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Prevali,
a breakthrough real estate search portal, is now open in a nationwide
beta test. Developed by real estate brokers in Denver, Colo., Prevali is
the first and only national real estate search portal with focus on
‘Coming Soon’ and off-MLS properties (also known as hip pocket listings)
with free access for agents, brokers and the public to both browse and
list these properties.

hours – and up to several weeks – before they reach additional real
estate websites, giving homebuyers first access to listings, before they
