Davey is currently working with the 59-year-old actor – who was raised in Sydney after moving to Australia from New York City as a child – as pre-production gets underway in New South Wales on his latest film project, World War II epic Hacksaw Ridge.
In June a Los Angeles court granted the Mad Max star permission to spend a month with Lucia in Australia while he lays the groundwork for the new film, which commences filming in November.
Luxurious: The Sydney Morning Herald report the pair are now residing at heritage listed Craigend estate, a sprawling $40 million property located on the city’s picturesque Darling Point
It is understood that Oksana, 45, did not want their daughter to go and objected to her spending time overseas with her father.
Sources reportedly told TMZ that another part of their disagreement was over which kindergarten the child would go to.
