PALM BEACH — Telecom millionaire Donald Burns‘ Palm Beach house of orgies is for sale!

The house at 1021 North Ocean Boulevard is on the market for $28.75 million, Gossip Extra has learned exclusively.

The news comes just a week after Palm Beach society figure Burns’ dirty laundry was aired out in a federal extortion trial, embarrassing the well-liked 20-year resident of the chichi island.

Gay porn star Teofil Brank, whose on-screen name is Jarec Wentworth, was found guilty of six counts related to his attempt to extort $500,000 and an Audi from Burns.

But while Brank, 25, faces nine years in the slammer when he is sentenced in September, things that Burns would’ve rather kept private exploded in the worldwide press.

Burns, for example, admitted to paying Brank $2,500 for sex several times after flying him to Palm Beach from Los Angeles. Another porn star, Justin Griggs, told the jury of orgies and group sex at the Ocean Boulevard mansion and how he, too, cashed in on Burns’ sexual escapades.
