Nicole Richie and Joel Madden’s Home in Bohemian Laurel Canyon: According to reports, the couple who is rumored to be going for divorce bought the mid-century Bohemian estate for $1.912 million back in 2009. According to the listing details, the celebrity couple is asking $3.495 million for the place in Laurel Canyon. The property has a mansion with five bedrooms and five bathrooms and also features an attached guesthouse that has access to a backyard with a lagoon-style pool, spa and waterfall.
Michael Jordan’s Chicago-Area Estate: Just this May, the NBA superstar listed his Chicago estate for a little more than half the original asking price three years ago. The 7-acre property located near Lake Michigan is now for sale for $14.855 million. The property has a three-story 56,000-square-foot mansion that includes nine bedrooms and 17 bathrooms and also a fill-sized basketball court complete with locker rooms and shower.
Denise Richards’ Hidden Hills Mansion: The actress listed her California mansion for $7.749 million. According to Zillow, the estate has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and a nightlife-style living room which also has a fireplace and chandeliers. The house also features a gourmet kitchen and a dining room that has baroque style furnishings and fixtures.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s French Quarter Mansion: According to the listing details, the1830 property was bought back in 2006 for Pitt’s film, “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.” The property has a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms with Venetian plastered walls, marble mantles and fireplaces. The asking price for the place is $6.5 million.
Pink’s Malibu Home: Just recently, the musician and her motocross star husband, Carey Hart, listed their Malibu beach home for $13.995 million. According to reports, the couple bought the property back in 2010 for $11.8 million, when Pink was pregnant with their daughter Willow. The 6,800-square-foott mansion has five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a five-car garage.
