A GRADE II-listed building in Park Square, Leeds, will become the headquarters of 88m Group after the property developer bought it just weeks after the property came onto the market.

The 3,284 sq ft building, which was being marketed with a guide price of £550,000, will undergo a major refurbishment before staff move in. The 88m Group has a multi-million pound commercial property portfolio which includes business centres, self-storage units, eco homes, high street banks and supermarket outlets.
