Guns N’ Roses frontman Slash has listed his luxury Los Angeles home for sale as he prepares to finalize his divorce from wife of 13 years, Perla Hudson.

The couple officially filed for divorce in December, citing irreconcilable differences. The documents listed their separation date as June 2014.

With no prenuptial agreement between the two when they married in 2001, the impending sale of the home they shared – in the gated Mulholland Estate of Beverly Hills – for the listed $10.995 million is likely a major part of the settlement.

Slash, 49, has reportedly moved in with his new girlfriend, Meegan Hodges.

The martial home boasts seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and some features you would expect from a legendary rockstar.

There’s a nightclub room, complete with a stripper pole, a screening room with stadium seating and, of course, a recording studio.

The property sits on 20,000 square feet with canyon and valley views. 

The British-American singer – real name Saul Hudson – and Hudson plan to share custody of their two sons London, 12, and Cash, 10.

Hudson recently spoke to TMZ about the split, describing it as amicable, but said the lack of a prenup makes dividing the assets difficult.

‘I don’t know how any of that’s gonna work, but I know he’s gonna do the right thing for me and his children, as I would do the right thing to him,’ she told the website.

‘Like I said, it’s amicable, so there’s no bad blood — at least not yet.’

She continued: ‘(Slash and I) had a really long, lasting, loving relationship for a long time. 

‘We’re best friends, we’re business partners, and we just wanna do what’s best for our kids.’

The paid had previously filed for divorce in 2010, but then withdrew.
