Boy band fans can get their very Justin Timberlake house in south Orlando, for just $2.8 million.
Located in a gated neighborhood of the Bay Hill community, the lakefront estate was Timberlake’s home until 2006. He purchased the property for $1.3 million in 1999 and sold for $2 million just before the real estate market collapsed.
“We’ll see what kind of buzz is created,” said Renee Funk. She and her husband, Jeffrey Funk, are listing the four-bedroom/four-bath house, which has a lighted, 12-hole putting green.

The house has been remodeled since Timberlake owned it but the seller has an album of the makeover and what it looked like when the you star sold it.
A native of Tenessee, the member of ‘N Sync and the Backstreet Boys is considered a homegrown star in Orlando because he got his first career break as a cast member of The All New Mickey Mouse Club in 1993. That ensemble also included soon-to-be pop stars Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera, as well as Timberlake’s future ‘N Sync band mate JC Chasez.
