Forsyth listed near top in nation for home sales above market value

Forsyth County home sellers find themselves in one of the nation’s top markets for getting a higher price over estimated market value, according to a RealtyTrac report timed for release today.

Forsyth was ranked tied for third in April with the average homeowner selling for 107 percent of the market value. There were 315 counties measured by the real-estate agency, each with a population of more than 100,000.
