Two lengths of beachfront and beach on the Jurassic Coast world heritage site in East Devon are set to make waves at auction.

The pebbly stretches of shoreline are among 27 lots listed for sale by Clive Emson, the regional land and property auctioneers, next month. Available separately, the adjacent plots are at Littlecombe Shoot, near Branscombe, with a freehold guide price of £5,000 to £10,000 each.

Auctioneer Graham Barton, a regular on BBC One’s Homes Under The Hammer, said: “Opportunities to acquire any part of the magnificent Jurassic Coast are virtually unheard of. These lots offer an enviable degree of tranquility in a stunning location in a wonderful part of Devon. If you ever wanted to own your very own beach, now is the chance.”

The plots include land and the stretches of beach down to the high water mark. One has a frontage of about 90metres and extends to 1.34 acres (0.54 hectares) and the second has a frontage of 90metres and extends to 1.27 acres (0.51 hectares).

Also up for sale is a development plot with planning consent for six houses on the former Winslade Central Social Club in Sidmouth.

Located in Winslade Road, it is available with a freehold guide of £200,000 to £250,000.

It benefits from permission for the demolition of the club and construction of six, two-storey houses.

A former scout hut designed by the renowned Sidmouth architect RW Sampson is also going under the hammer with a freehold guide of £125,000 to £150,000.

The hall in Station Road – the former home of the 1st Sid Vale Scouts – has planning permission for change of use to a single detached house.

One of the four largest land and property auction companies in the UK, Clive Emson’s auctioneers are regulars on BBC One’s long-running Homes Under the Hammer series, presented by Lucy Alexander, Martin Roberts and former Premiership footballer Dion Dublin.

Starting at 11am, the fourth of Clive Emson’s eight regional West Country auction takes place at the St Mellion International Resort in Cornwall, on Wednesday, June 17.
