Motherwell’s Iain Vigurs, Paul Lawson, Simon Ramsden and Stuart Carswell look set leave the club after being listed as free agents ahead of the summer transfer window.
The four players are among more than a dozen who are out of contract at Fir Park after the current campaign draws to a close and have advertised their availability on the PFA website.
Defender Ramsden returned to the side in last Friday’s 3-1 win over Kilmarnock after he lost his place while out suspended six weeks ago.
Carswell has only made two substitute appearances since the winter transfer window closed while Vigurs has yet to play under Ian Baraclough after he was sidelined with a back injury on the day the manager took charge of the club in December. Fellow midfielder Paul Lawson is also included on the PFA list.
Other Fir Park players whose contracts are due to expire this summer include Zaine Francis-Angol, John Sutton, Josh Law, Scott McDonald, Adam Cummins, Fraser Kerr and Lee Erwin, with the latter being in advanced talks over a new deal.
St Johnstone’s Frazer Wright and Dundee goalkeeper Kyle Letheren are high profile players who appear on the list of players searching for new clubs.
