CONSTRUCTION has now begun on St Leonard’s Place, a Grade II crescent built in York in the 19th century, which is being restored.
The residential scheme will see the site redeveloped into five town houses and 29 apartments as well as six mews properties.
130 year-old Hull-based contractors Hall Construction have been appointed to the development by Rushbond.
