Fairway Shops in Kāʻanapali, Other Maui Properties Listed for Sale

The Fairway Shops in Kāʻanapali is on the market and is being sold for an undisclosed price.

Colliers International has the listing and is marketing the leasehold property, lead broker, Mark Bratton confirmed in an email communication.

The 35,000 square foot center is located on Kekaʻa Drive and was valued at $13.9 million ($7.5 million in assessed land value and $6.3 million in building value) according to property records.

The center is home to Valley Isle Fitness center, Sangrita Grill, CJs Deli and Diner, the Skyline Eco Adventures office and a variety of other businesses.

The retail property fronts the highly visible Honoapiʻilani Highway and is strategically located mauka of Kāʻanapali’s resort community and area beaches.

Colliers International Hawaiʻi also listed several other Maui properties in recent weeks including the following:

  • 353 Hanamau Street, Kahului: A 3,000 square foot warehouse, located across the street from Maui Toyota is priced at $799,000.
  • 520 Keolani Place: This 0.78 acre parcel of land is zoned for M-2 and is located next to the new Marriott Airport Courtyard and across from Costco in central Maui.  The parcel is priced at $2,239,578.
  • Maui Business Park: Alexander Baldwin, LLC is offering 70 remaining fee-simple lots, approximately 0.5 acres and larger within the Maui Business Park.  The parcels are listed at an undisclosed price and are zoned for light industrial, which allows for warehousing, distribution, light manufacturing and retail and office space.
  • Restaurant Casanova, 1188 Makawao Avenue: The listing price is $795,000 for the 6,553 square foot business.  According to the listing, Casanova Italian Restaurant and Deli has been serving the Maui community since 1986.  The business is being offered turn-key and boasts a “strong consistent sales history.”
