AFTER years of development, the King Edward VII Estate has officially launched for sale.

The development, delivered by specialist heritage and restoration developer City and Country in partnership with house builders CALA Homes and Millgate, comprises a collection of restored and newly-built homes on the site of the former King Edward VII Sanatorium near Midhurst.

Once complete, the development will offer 162 apartments and houses within the original listed buildings by City and Country, with a further 247 new properties surrounding the estate, including a range from CALA Homes and Millgate.

City and Country led the restoration and conversion work on the Grade-I and II listed buildings and registered gardens.

A limited number of large family homes are for sale with Millgate in Crownwood, a leafy corner of the estate, while CALA has a range of three-bedroom mews cottages and four-bedroom detached new homes on Bracken Lane and Superintendents Drive.

City Country properties range in price from £220,000 to more than £1,500,000.
