NN Group releases agenda for 2015 Annual General Meeting

NN Group today published the agenda and other meeting documents for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held at NN Group`s head office in Amsterdam on Thursday 28 May 2015, 14:00 CET. The meeting documents are available on the NN Group website (www.nn-group.com/agm) and consist of:  

  • The convocation for the AGM including the agenda, an explanation of the agenda items and instructions for attending the meeting
  • The 2014 Annual Report of NN Group
  • Power of attorney

             
Shareholders can register for the meeting as of 1 May 2015, 8:00 CET and no later than 21 May 2015, 17:00 CET.
