The firm, which has regional offices in Peterlee and Newton Ayecliffe, will relocate its headquarters from Scottish Provident House on Mosley Street to its new home on Trafalgar Street later this month.
The new office in Generator Studios will take up 3,446 sq ft of office space to house its 25 Newcastle-based staff.
Lee Rankin, managing director of Gem Partnership, said: “We are delighted to announce our Head Office move to Generator Studios, and are looking forward to being based in such a modern and collaborative working environment.
“Commercial office space like that found at Generator Studios is very hard to come by in Newcastle city centre, and we assessed the city market extensively before deciding on Generator. We are delighted to make this move and benefit from all the services you’d expect from a first class office environment.”
Originally developed in 2001, Generator Studios is a Grade II listed building which, following extensive renovations, has become a hub for digital and creative industries, as well as a number of engineering, architecture and technology businesses.
Other tenants at Generator include Hedgehog Lab, B3 Architects, Black White Engineering, Real Time Claims, Low Carbon Lighting and Foster Findlay Associates, along with Nathaniel Litchfield and Gardiner Richardson.
