Sold! Former Getaway presenter Kelly Landry and her accountant husband Anthony Bell have sold one of their luxurious Bondi Beach penthouses in Sydney for $7.3 million after re-listing the property two weeks ago

According to the publication, the couple had previously listed their adjoining Bondi penthouses for a combined $15 million plus last year.

They also revealed that Anthony paid $7,725,000 for the luxurious property in 2006 before adding to it in 2010 with the neighbouring apartment.

The celebrity accountant and his presenter wife decided to switch to a new agent for a fresh campaign and only listed one of the exclusive properties, with a March 28 auction date.

However, the couple appeared happy to settle the sale pre-auction last week – just halfway through the sales campaign.  

Above expectations: Last month McGrath real estate agents confirmed to Daily Mail Australia that there was a price guide of $6.5 million for the property, meaning the couple made a tidy profit on the place

McGrath describes the home as ‘beach front opulence,’ with pictures of the dual level luxury location showcasing incredible ocean views.

There’s a 150sqm rooftop offering an outdoor kitchen, barbeque, bar and spa, making for an ideal entertainment area.

It was designed by award winning architects PTW, and has a 395sqm floorplan.

Television personality Kelly, 35, and her husband, who regularly features on the Business Review Weekly Young Rich List, currently reside in a $12.5 million Watsons Bay property.

They welcomed their second child on March 26 last year.

They named the little bundle of joy Thea Elizabeth, who joins her three-year-old big sister Charlize in the multimillionaire family.

The private pair married in a secret ceremony in New Zealand’s South Island in 2011, in front of a very small group of family and friends.
