The church, founded by the late Reverend Ian Paisley in the 1950s on the Ravenhill Road, has been given the special status by the Department of the Environment.
McQuiston Presbyterian Church, the Rock Bar in west Belfast, the former Ligoniel public baths and the former Ligoniel Branch library are also among the newly-designated buildings.
The environment minister said the new additions reflect the city’s “diverse and rich heritage”.
Mark H Durkan added: “Listing these additional buildings and landmarks will ensure important assets are preserved and protected as part of the city’s rich heritage.
“The listings will further enhance the tourist potential of Belfast as a great and historic city, a place of which all of its citizens can be rightly proud.”
The department said there are now 1,119 designated buildings in Belfast.
The latest designations follow consultation with Belfast City Council and the Historic Buildings Council for Northern Ireland and further listings are expected over coming months.
