More than 20 firefighters attended the scene at Stelfox House in Kings Cross
Two more people have been arrested on suspicion of murder after the bodies of two men were found following a flat fire in central London.
The men, one in his 50s and another in his 40s, were discovered on the third floor of Stelfox House in Penton Rise, Kings Cross, on Friday evening.
Next of kin are in the process of being told and a post-mortem examination has yet to take place.
A 37-year-old man and a 42-year-old woman have been arrested.
The man was being questioned at a north London police station while the woman was being questioned at an east London police station.
A 42-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of murder on Sunday remains in custody at a north London police station.
The cause of the fire is being investigated by London Fire Brigade and the Metropolitan Police.
Det Con Insp Glen Lloyd appealed to anyone in the area who saw anything unusual early on Friday evening to contact police.
“Two men have died and my team is eager to hear from anyone who was in the area or passing by before or just after this fire started,” he said.
