SOUTH BEND — One of downtown’s largest entertainment venues is on the market.
The Club Fever building at 222 S. Michigan St. is listed for sale with an asking price of $1.79 million. But owner Dee Davis emphasized that the nightclub isn’t closed — and it isn’t closing anytime soon. As a matter of fact, Davis said he has bands booked at least through February.
