London EC2V 7HH This will be addressed by Baron Wood of Anfield, shadow
minister without portfolio and adviser to Ed Miliband MP.  NLGN events tend to have a local government

collection exploring Labour’s relationship with localism in the run up to the
2015 general election and beyond.  The
