Law firm to consolidate Leeds offices in listed building

The firm has agreed a deal for space at St Paul’s House in Park Square and will move in by the middle of 2015.

St Paul’s House was built in 1878 in a Venetian architectural style. The site was originally constructed as a warehouse and cloth-cutting works and is currently undergoing a complete refurbishment due for completion early next year.

Virginia Clegg, DAC Beachcroft regional senior partner for Leeds, said: “This is an exciting move for our 250 staff in the Leeds offices, demonstrating our long-term commitment to our clients and our people here and marking the next stage in the firm’s considerable investment in the city.”
