FOUR new houses could be built on the site of a large, semi-derelict house in Littlehampton.
MJH Property Developments Ltd has submitted plans to demolish the existing, empty property and build the three-bedroom detached houses at 11 St Winefride’s Road.
The proposal is in the latest list of Arun District Council planning applications in the Gazette area, which also includes:

RUSTINGTON: demolition of brick conservatory and construction of extension to kitchen, 25 Cudlow Avenue.
Application to vary condition 4 of planning permission R/202/13, to allow increased capacity to 25 children and relax outdoor restriction, 31 Albert Road (re-advertisement due to amended description).
Demolish the existing buildings and build a block of five two-bedroom flats and one three-bedroom flat. 69 Broadmark Lane.
Single-storey rear extension, 11 Broadmark Lane.
First-floor side extension, with barn end roof, three small front and one small rear dormers, 5 Manor Road.
Re-clad walls and roof, alterations to entrance to divide building into two units, Express Supplies, Unit B, Dominion Way.
