The most expensive single-family home listed for sale in Greater Cincinnati just dropped its price.
The home, a massive nearly 20,000-square-foot mansion in Indian Hill, has one of the highest list prices of all time in the region.
Located at 8575 Bridgewater Lane, the home was first listed in May for more than $7.7 million. It was withdrawn from the market in June, then re-listed at $6.95 million in October.

The home on Bridgewater Lane is priced $1 million higher than the next home for sale in the Greater Cincinnati market, which is 8825 Given Road. That Indian Hill home also sits on more than 10 acres, with 23 rooms, seven bedrooms and a hand-carved marble fireplace imported from a European castle.
In all of Greater Cincinnati, there are 46 homes listed for more than $2 million, including 36 in southwest Ohio and 10 in Northern Kentucky.
Steve Sylvester and Micha Gleisinger with Comey Shepherd the local affiliate of Christie’s Great Estates are the listing agents for the property. Gleisinger said the 17-year-old home has a timeless design.
It has 22 rooms, six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and three half-baths, an oversized four-car garage, nine fireplaces, a lower level rec room and a wine cellar.
One wing of the home is known as the gentleman’s quarters. This 1,000-square-foot space has an arched stone wood-burning fireplace, Australian cypress floors, knotty pine walls, a full bar with refrigerator, a billiards area and a walk-out to the rear patio.
The wine cellar has a separate temperature control and can house hundreds of bottles of wine, as well has having space for a tasting.
