Manchester’s Christmas Market is one of the biggest and busiest in Europe, drawing in more than nine million visitors last year.
But the rest of the region is also getting into the festive spirit, offering plenty of alternatives for those who want to escape the crowded city centre and enjoy a mug of mulled wine closer to home.
Here are the events confirmed to us so far. Please fill in the form at the bottom to let us know about any more and we’ll add them to the list.
