Ten diverse properties around Reading are up for grabs in an auction next week.

Romans’s September auction includes a grade II listed, four storey, town centre office building on London Street, complete with planning permission for change of use to residential, with a guide price of £250,000.

And several terraced properties are being auctioned, including a two-bedroom mid terrace located in the University area; an end of terrace house in Queen’s Cottages close to the River Kennet and a one-bedroom flat and split level three-bedroom flat on Bedford Road, with guide prices of £180,000, £220,000 and £250,000 respectively.
