Has Kimye got a deal for you!

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have listed their totally trashed Bel Air mansion for sale at the bargain price of $11 million—and Popdust has photos.

According to Trulia, the couple purchased the 14,000 square-foot home, situated on a primo piece of 3/4 acre, guard-gated land, back in January 2013 for $9 million.

They promptly set about literally bringing down the house, as part of an ambitious planned renovation—knocking down the walls throughout and stripping the structure down to just its foundations and the few measly 2x4s that were propping it up.

But then, the stork came knocking—at which point, Kimye promptly dropped their sledgehammers, got out of Bel Air dodge and snapped up a $20 million, ready-for-baby, picture-perfect, brand new Hidden Hills mansion, conveniently located just around the corner from momager Kris Jenner.

Fast forward to now, and the selfless couple is offering-up the wall-less, trashed, building site-looking fruits of their hard real estate labor, to a lucky buyer, for just $2 million OVER what they paid for the—actually, pretty damn decent looking—home 18-months ago.
