Two very rare – and very different – Grade II listed buildings, one in Ripley and the other in Alfreton, are set to be sold today.
Waingroves Hall in Ripley and the former Wycliffe Church in Alfreton will go under the hammer at auction today, September 11, in Derby along with other properties.
Andrew Parker, director at Graham Penny Auctions, said: “Grade II listed properties don’t come on the market very often and so to have two in our next auction is very exciting.
“Both properties have many original and unique features and the potential for development or investment for the right buyers.”
Waingroves Hall has a guide price of £150,000-plus while the former Wycliffe Church is up for £130,000-plus.
Andrew added: “I’m expecting some excited bidding.”
