A piece of what is being described as prime development land is now for sale near Kellogg and Andover Road.

NAI Martens has listed 18.54 acres south of Kellogg and about a quarter mile west of Andover Road for sale for $1.6 million.

Jeff Englert and Troy Farha are the listing brokers.

The property includes nearly 660 feet of Kellogg frontage.

Englert says the property could be an extension of commercial and residential development around the intersection of Kellogg and Andover Road.

“It’s pretty much in the path of development,” he says of the 18 acres.

Englert says the Kellogg frontage would be suitable for retail and hospitality development. He envisions the back portion of the property being developed as apartments.
