Zilber Property Group is trying to sell the Alpine Valley Music Theatre in East Troy, with an asking price of $8.44 million.
“This is an asset Zilber Property Group has owned for nearly 20 years, and we want to continue to focus on our core competencies, which is industrial, office and home development,” said John Kersey, vice president of Milwaukee-based Zilber Property.
The almost 200-acre Alpine Valley property currently is leased to concert promoter Live Nation Worldwide Inc. There are more than five years remaining on the lease, according to information from brokerage Stan Johnson Co. That lease generates a minimum annual rent of $675,000.
Alpine Valley, with a capacity of about 37,000, is the second largest amphitheater in the U.S., according to Stan Johnson Co.
