Alpine Valley Music Theater listed for sale

Alpine Valley Music Theater, the longstanding outdoor concert venue in Walworth County, is up for sale.

An affiliate of Milwaukee’s Zilber Property Group recently placed the 198-acre property on the market with an asking price of $8.4 million.

Alpine Valley’s concert bowl seats 37,000 people. The property is leased to Live Nation Entertainment Inc., a major producer of concerts.
