- The second day of New Orleans Daiquiri Festival features music by Yugen, Micah McKee and Little Maker, the Honorable South, Cardinal Sons, and Tank and the Bangas.
- Audubon Zoo’s Dinner and a Zoovie series wraps up with a screening of “E.T. the Extra Terrestrial.”
- New Orleans Musicians’ Clinic and Assistance Fund partners with the Organ Grinders to present a blood drive in response to the June 29, 2014, mass shooting on Bourbon Street. The PubliQ House hosts the event, providing light snacks, raffle prizes, performances by local dance troupes, and music by the Hot 8 Brass Band.
- Rock, Ride and Rescue at Rock ‘n’ Bowl features music by Sunpie and the Louisiana Sunspots. The party benefits the LA/SPCA Off-Site Adoption Team’s Heartworm Fund, the Greater New Orleans Therapeutic Riding Center, and the Molly the Pony Foundation.
