Jennifer Hawkins’ spectacular waterfront property on Sydney’s northern beaches has sold after being listed in April.

While the property’s selling agents Belle Property Manly declined to disclose the sale price of the luxury home when contacted by Daily Mail Australia, it was originally listed for $4 million.

The former Miss Universe’s former love nest boasts sweeping panoramic views over the coastline, and features little luxuries from an infinity lap pool to a state-of-the-art home cinema.

Before closing the deal, an employee at Belle Property Manly told the Daily Mail Australia the location and surrounding neighbourhood were ‘fantastic’.

Arguably the best feature of the model abode however, is Jen’s personal walk-in wardrobe, where racks upon racks of designer stilettos are seen piled almost from floor to ceiling in what can only be described as a shoe lover’s heaven.

The property mogul and runway queen bought the seaside plot which now holds the penthouse with her husband of one year Jake Wall back in 2011.

The couple spent three years transforming the lot with the help of boutique Japanese Australian architects Koichi Takada, and are now looking to sell.

The Myer ambassador and savvy business woman is said to have six houses in her collection, three in her home town of Newcastle.
