Spanish listed Quabit announces REIT/SOCIMI, eyes €500m

Quabit Inmobiliaria is the latest Spanish real estate firm to announce preparations for a REIT/SOCIMI, targeting a portfolio of €500m, of which 70% of assets are already set. No date for the stock market flotation has been given.
