Oscar-winning actress Reese Witherspoon is selling her lovely, private estate in the celeb-adored gated community of Brentwood Circle. The deal is, the main residence is asking $10.5 million, but there’s also an option to purchase an adjacent 28,870-square-foot lot for an extra $3.5 million, making the grand total of $14 million for what would be an 1.3ish-acre lot on the cul de sac. According to Variety, Reese and her husband bought the three parcels that comprise the property between December 2003 and December 2013; all together, they cost a little over $11 million. Per the listing, the Spanishy house has five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, along with features for family entertaining like an outdoor fireplace, a playground, a pool and spa, and a dangerous-but-fun-sounding “sunken trampoline.” Reese recently unloaded her very lovely Ojai estate at a $816,500 loss.
