If reports are true, the upcoming Nokia X2 would feature a dedicated home button. The user complaints and feedback pertaining to not housing the home button in the Nokia X smartphone, has made the Nokia team under Microsoft Mobile to introduce the home button back in X2. Interestingly, Nokia X comes with only a back button and many users never realized that a long press on the back button would take them back to the home screen.
The Nokia X series of phones’ forked Android OS does not come packed with Google services. Alternatively, the phone provides Outlook in place of Gmail, Bing search in place of Google search, Nokia Maps in place of Google Maps, to name a few. In addition, Nokia also has its own app store.
What do you think of Nokia X2? Can this rule the budget segment smartphones? Feel free to leave a comment.
